It’s that time of year again….!
Demand has been unprecedented this holiday season and so we want to give you a brief update on where we are at with order fulfilment and delivery!
Our warehouse team is working in socially-distanced shifts to fulfil all your orders and you guys have been so supportive of us that we are sprinting to keep up! Keep in mind as well, that confirmation emails are taking a little longer to get to you at the moment too, so don’t worry if it’s a few days before you receive order or shipping confirmations from us!
Please be patient as we do our absolute best to make sure your order is dispatched to you in a timely manner. Our fulfilment team is adhering to all social distancing requirements which, as I’m sure you can imagine, means things sometimes take a little longer in order to make sure the whole crew is safe. Our courier partners have also indicated that deliveries are taking a small bit longer than normal.
